Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you agree to the terms & conditions of Blue Button Shop. Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. In the event of incorrect stock levels, we reserve the right not to deliver, even though we have received the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the order terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms & conditions before placing any orders on www.bluebuttonshop.com.

 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

 

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

All items purchased at a discount are considered final sale once the order is submitted, and are ineligible to return or exchange once the shipment is shipped out. This includes seasonal sales, discount and used of promotional codes. All the aforementioned discounted items are also ineligible for cancellation once order is submitted. For all regular priced items, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. Please note that modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

 

In-Store Pickup

If you wish to pick up your online order in-store, please continue through the online checkout process and select '"pick up" at the end. Please note in-store pickup is only available for customers in Canada.

Canada

Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. Shipment will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

 

USA

Sales tax and duty free for orders shipping to USA.

 

International

International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. By placing an order with Blue Button Shop, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. If you refuse to pay these charges upon delivery, your order will be returned to Blue Button Shop and your account will be credited according to our return policy less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.

Order is shipped out between Monday to Friday during business days. Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Occasionally, we will contact you for additional information in verifying your identity. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Prices shown on bluebuttonshop.com are in Canadian currency. Shipping cost, duties and taxes are not included in the price of product(s).

Despite our efforts in providing accurate prices on bluebuttonshop.com, there may be error(s) from time to time. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. We will contact you if there is an error on the order pricing before the product(s) proceeds to shipment. 

For all purchased items, whether in regular pricing or discounted pricing*, we are unable to provide price adjustments to reflect current or further discounts /promotions.

Each promotional code is limited to one use per customer in a single transaction, and it can only be applied to in-stock items. Promotional code cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated, and is only valid within the explicitly set time period. Promotional codes do not apply to shipping and taxes, and it cannot be applied retroactively. Items purchased at a discount with a promotional code are final sale, and are ineligible for return or exchange.

By placing an order with bluebuttonshop.com, you understand and agree that bluebuttonshop.com shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the items/packages during shipment. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier company. Blue Button Shop/bluebuttonshop.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items/packages.

Upon inspection and approval, all eligible returns will be in the form of store credit only. No refunds.

All regular priced items: For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase. For online purchases, returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, as indicated by the provided tracking number. All returns and exchanges must be in original resalable condition (unwashed & unworn) with the original tags and packaging intact. Upon inspection and approval, store credit will be provided for the value of the returned item(s). No refunds. Exchanges may only be for other regular priced items available on bluebuttonshop.com.

All sale and discounted items, including any items discounted by the use of promotional code, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale and discounted items, including any items discounted by the use of promotional code are not eligible for cancellation or modification once order is submitted.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (including shipping, brokerage, duties and taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. In cases of online purchase returns, all orders received free shipping will require a repayment of the initial shipping cost upon return of the item(s) if the remainder of the order does not meet the free-shipping requirement.

 

To initiate a return or exchange

A return authorization (RA) number is required for an exchange or return. Please contact us at info@bluebuttonshop.com for a RA number prior to sending item(s) back for an exchange or return. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please note RA number is not required for in-store return.

 

Returns/exchanges from Canada

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred from the return/exchange. We advise using tracking service for all returns/exchanges, as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items. Upon inspection and approval, returns will be in the form of store credit only. No refunds. For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase. For online purchases, returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, as indicated by the provided tracking number. All late item(s) will not be accepted.

 

Returns/exchanges from USA

All US returns must be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). Return shipment via other courier service (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator) will incur duties, handling and/or brokerage fees, and this will be deducted from your store credit. All returned items must be declared as “Returned Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. We advise using tracking service for all returns/exchanges, as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items. Upon inspection and approval, returns will be in the form of store credit only. No refunds. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, as indicated by the provided tracking number. All late item(s) will not be accepted.

 

Returns/exchanges from International

For returns/exchanges outside of Canada and USA, please send return shipment via postal service (e.g. EMS, Royal Mail, Korea Post). Return shipment via other courier service (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) will incur duties, handling and/or brokerage fees, and this will be deducted from your store credit. All returned items must be declared as “Returned Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees and will be the customer’s responsibility. We advise using tracking service for all returns/exchanges, as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items. Upon inspection and approval, returns will be in the form of store credit only.
